Rachel Payne is the Co-Founder and CEO of FEM Inc. Rachel started FEM Inc. when she realized there was an enormous opportunity for advancing AI in Technology and Entertainment. In 2015 FEM Inc. launched Prizma, an Artificial Intelligence solution for entertainment, technology, and telecom companies seeking to develop a deep understanding of their audience and generate user and content insights that inform product development. Rachel leads strategic partnerships, business development, IP management, and co-leads Product and Research. In her prior role as Principal, Global Strategic Alliances at Google, she worked with top executives across the company to develop comprehensive strategies for their largest global media and technology partners, including Sony, Disney, NewsCorp, and Time Warner. She later led Google’s international business operations in emerging and developing markets where she helped local teams launch core Google products. She holds a BA from Smith College and MBA from Stanford University.
